Welcome to Refined Lash and Beauty Room!
My name is Steph and I am the founder of Refined Lash and Beauty Room.
I have now been in the beauty industry for 10+ years after completing my Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2016 in Wangaratta. Wanting to learn new services, that's where I found myself on a plane to Brisbane to learn eyelash extensions over a 5 day course in 2018.
Beauty has always been my passion and I have loved learning new skills and techniques along the way to make sure I am always providing my client's with the best possible service.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Refined Lash and Beauty Room understands that there may be times you need to cancel / reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours beforehand. Any cancellations / rescheduling within 24 hours will result of a fee of 100% of the appointment that was made. This can be paid via bank transfer or in salon before your next appointment.
